The dialogs we expect to take place during the Global Forum Latin America will grant an excelent opportunity to establish a better and positive understanding between Academia and the corporate world. It will help to distinguish the real values and image of human kind needed to see a sustainable society emerge. This should inform schools and organizations in such a way that a new breed of professionals is nurtured. If we all are not willing to confront and change our beliefs informed by the infinite growth paradigm engendered in the last 300 years, begining with industrialization and the market centered society, little space for maneuvering will be left for those who hope to leave a better heritage to our children and generations to come.

The opportunity to establish dialogues among Academia and the corporate world certainly happened at GFAL. New generations are becoming moreaware of their roles in for a sustainable society and we as educators, should help on this process as better as we can.I completely agree with your point of view.
